What language should we use during the recording?

All conversations must be recorded between participants in your native language. This ensures natural and fluent communication, which is essential for the quality of the recordings.

Can I use the same topic in multiple recordings?

Yes, you can use the same topic more than once—as long as each recording features a different partner.

You’re welcome to:

  • Reuse topics with different partners

  • Work with the same partner across different topics

You cannot submit multiple recordings with the same partner on the same topic.

What happens if I select the wrong topic in the form?

If you notice the incorrect topic on your recording link, you have two options.

  • Record the session using the displayed topic, or
  • Go back to the Google form and generate a new recording link with your intended topic.

Please do not record a conversation on a different topic than what is shown for the link. Recordings submitted with incorrect language or topic will be rejected and unpaid

Are there any topics to avoid during the conversation?

Yes! While recording with your partner, please avoid:

  • Offensive or explicit language
  • Political, religious, or controversial content

Keep the conversation friendly, respectful, and suitable for a general audience.
