What if I enter the wrong email address into the form?
The email address you apply with is your unique ID in our system. The same goes for your recording partner. If you enter the wrong email address into the form for you or your partner:
- Do not record the session!
- Return to the form and create a new link.
Recordings submitted with unregistered emails will be rejected and unpaid.
What happens if I select the wrong language in the form?
If you notice the incorrect language on your recording link:
- Do not record the session!
- Return to the form and create a new link.
Recordings submitted with incorrect language or topic will be rejected and unpaid.
What happens if I select the wrong topic in the form?
If you notice the incorrect topic on your recording link, you have two options:
- Record the session using the indicated topic, or
- Go back to the form and generate a new recording link with your intended topic.
What happens if I forget to click record?
You must click Record to start. If not, the session won’t be captured, and you’ll need to redo it.
What happens if I forget to stop a recording?
If you forget to stop the recording:
- Your session won’t be submitted.
- You will not be paid.
You are responsible for clicking "Record" and "Stop" to record your session successfully.
Will I get an email when I submit a recording?
No, you won't receive an email after submitting a recording. Instead, you’ll see an on-screen message that the recording is complete and has been saved successfully.
