Do I need to send an invoice?

There is no need to send an invoice. We track everything and process payments each month by the 10th. Funds are available through our payment processor within 15 days after processing.

How will I be notified of payment?

Jeenie's global payment provider, ProZ*Pay, gives you multiple options for how you want to receive payment. Once you have earned fees and Jeenie sends your funds to ProZ, you will receive an email from ProZ to retrieve your funds.

What if I didn't get the email?

If you have a ProZ account, you can go to https://www.proz.com/pay/account and click on Payments Received. There, you will see your funds available for withdrawal.

What payout methods are available?

You can find the full list of available payout methods at https://help.proz.com/en/what-withdrawal-methods-can-be-used.

How do I create an account with ProZ*Pay?

Go to https://www.proz.com/register?back=/pay/account to create an account. Choose from their free or paid options.

Do I have to create an account?

No. You're not required to set up an account with ProZ, but it's recommended. ProZ has paid plans, but you can opt for the free version, which will allow you to store your payout information and view your payout history.

Are there fees to receive my funds?

ProZ*Pay does not charge a fee to receive your funds, but your bank or other financial institution may impose a fee to receive your funds.

If you opt to receive your funds before the payout date, ProZ will charge a fee for early withdrawal.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can receive?

ProZ*Pay does not have a minimum or maximum amount that you can receive, but your financial institution may have limits that will apply.
